Please follow these instructions in order to ensure a successful extension installation.
Your hair must be washed thoroughly on the day of your install or the evening before if your hair does not get greasy, with a clarifying shampoo – this will ensure that all product build up on the hair is removed.
Please do not condition your hair – if however you have very dry ends then conditioner can be applied to the ends of your hair. Please note that if conditioner is applied to the root area it can cause the bonds to slip.
Do not use any product on your hair after washing it.
